Whoever you are. Whatever you are going through. Wherever you are. However you came to read this blog. Whenever you see this. Whyever you needed to hear this message. This message is for you, directly from my heart to yours.
I love you. You are amazing in every way. I am grateful that you are, well, you! I love your uniqueness. I love how only you can authentically be you. You may be at a point that you don’t feel like anyone loves you. It may even be hard for you to believe that a complete stranger (who doesn’t even know that you are reading this…unless you leave a comment, wink, wink) can tell you that he loves you. I hope that by the time you are done reading, this doesn’t seem so strange to you anymore. In fact, it is my only wish that you someday also get to experience the feeling of unconditional love inside yourself.
The love I talk about here is much different than the feelings we have for an intimate partner. It is even different from that which we feel towards our family and especially our children. While we may have a love that endures for other people, this love tends to be turbulent. This can happen for a number of reasons, but it is typically because your expectations of them did not match their actions, even though they were just being their authentic self.
The love I speak of is something that can be felt, but it is more akin to a state of being as opposed to a feeling. It is like a radio station that can be tuned into if we know how to. It is a constant, infinite vibration that permeates everything and everyone. It is a profound sense of oneness with all that words fall far short in being able to describe.
When I am tuned into this frequency I am in a state of inner peace. As I sit here, basking in this love, I truly feel a deep reverence for you. I have compassion for everything that you have gone through, are going through and have yet to go through on your journey. I am also excited for what is to come for you! You are well on your way to becoming the best you.
The greatest gift I have received from finding this frequency is that this love also extends to my own self. The old patterns of negative self talk and sabotage are met with firm resistance. As I patch the holes in my own bucket, it continues to fill with more and more love. I still have a lot of work to do on myself, but I am able to share this bucket freely now that it always holds this abundant love.
So on this Valentine’s Day, I hope that you can accept that you are truly loved unconditionally. As with all of my writings, they are presented as my version of truth. Take whatever resonates and leave that which doesn’t. If this message has piqued your interest, I invite you to ask me about my Self Empowerment Coaching service.
